RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At GA , we are committed to provide a  high-quality clothing to our ambassadors. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns and refunds of products purchased from our online store.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item was purchased within the 10 days of the purchase date.
  • The item is in its original packaging, unworn and unwashed.
  • The item is not a clearance or final sale item.

2. Non-returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Used and/or washed
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized items

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at sales@godsambassadors.com.au with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return shipping label.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging.
  4. Affix the return shipping label to the package and drop it off at your nearest post office.
  5. We recommend using trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.

4. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds:

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
  • The refund will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Rejected Refunds:

  • If your return is rejected, we will notify you via email and provide the reason for rejection.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (not use wear related). If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us with your order number and details of the issue. Once approved, follow the return process outlined above and shipping costs below.


6. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We recommend using trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item.
